How do I install my eSIM?
After payment we email you a QR code. On iPhone open Settings ▸ Mobile Data ▸ Add eSIM; on Android open Settings ▸ Network ▸ SIMs ▸ Add eSIM. Scan the code and you're set — it takes under a minute.
When does my plan start?
Your validity period begins when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination — not when you buy or install it. So you can set it up safely before you travel.
Does my data expire?
Yes. The plan is valid for its set number of days from activation, and any unused data is removed once that validity period ends.
Can I keep my normal phone number?
Yes. The eSIM is data-only and runs alongside your regular SIM, so you keep your number for calls and texts. Just set the eSIM as your data line while travelling.
